After spending over five years in the British Army and helping others reach peak physical fitness, Jordan has a broad range of knowledge of what it takes to get in top physical condition.  Jordan has a wide range of skills including representing his regiment in British Army boxing championships.  Alongside this Jordan has spent many years weight training and competing in Martial Arts competitions.  He has a wealth of knowledge that he can put into practice helping you achieve your fitness goals.
