James qualified as a Gym Instructor in 2018 and began working at You Fit Gym in October of the same year.

James has trained in various disciplines for over 10 years, from heavy lifting and bulking to dropping size while maintaining muscle mass for running events and especially looking forward to taking on 1-1 Clients at You Fit Gym, “I know what it takes to earn the body you want. No one person is the same and I would be able to tailor a programme to suit the specific needs and goals of any individual.

Sporty and active by nature, over the years James has enjoyed taking part in football, long and short distance running, sprinting, cycling and boxing, to name just a few.
