“After 20-odd years in computing, Tony decided to get his back sorted out and joined the gym here at the Rugby Club in 2003. In 2013, bored stiff of keyboards and hard drives he then trained as an instructor and has been working here on and off ever since.

As a mature or “veteran” individual, he is happy to admit that some bones crackle and pop when training and is available to compare notes with like minded members and suggest ways to ignore them. He likes to combine fully body compound exercise with Pilates inspired stretching to keep age at bay”
