BOXERCISE

A fat-burning, muscle-toning, stress-relieving Class improving muscular endurance, core stability, coordination, strength and power and increasing cardiovascular fitness

CIRCUITS

A mix of upper and lower body exercise stations designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone and strength and burn calories

BODYFIT

Targeting all the main muscle groups and incorporating cardio and core exercises to help increase strength and stamina

CORE AND CARDIO

Alternating cardio and core strength exercises to get the heart pumping and isolate the core

LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS

For women wanting a taut stomach, shapely bottom and lean legs and men seeking ripped abs, strong legs and tight glutes, this Class will also help to improve your general fitness and endurance
